Stefan has been working as a professional artist and maker for over twenty-six years in the Film, Entertainment, and Themed Attractions industry. He has earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Theatre from the University of Central Florida, and served in the FL Army National Guard as a Machinist. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Theatre from UCF, focusing on designing Immersive and Themed Experiences.
His skill set incorporates art direction, creative design, 3D CAD/CAM, digital fabrication, sculpting, metal fabrication, carpentry, painting, mold making, casting, animatronics, prosthetics, FX make-up, electronics, miniature construction, leather work, rigging, mechanical FX, pyrotechnics, puppetry, and working with a multitude of materials and techniques. He constructs permanent and temporary props, sets, displays, and FX installations for Film, TV, theme parks, museums, trade shows, conventions, restaurants, retail stores, businesses, and more. His work can be seen in Disney parks and resorts (Florida, California), Universal parks (Orlando, Hollywood, Japan, Beijing), films, TV shows, music videos, national commercials, theatrical stage productions, trade shows, concerts, live events, game shows, .
He founded Roundtable Productions as a props and special effects company that has grown to encompass custom fabrication and scenic theming work. Providing technical entertainment solutions.
Stefan is an active member of the Maker community and has co-founded a professional makerspace in Central Florida called Makers Hollow. Through his outreach about the importance of creative and entrepreneurial development in our society he is a public speaker for many educational organizations and events.
